Today I witnessed the following conversation about a position for which we are currently recruiting:
My coworker: "What about X?"
My boss: "How old is she?"
Yes, that's my boss, our company's head of HR, wanting to discriminate based on age. You know it's bad when that happens.
As soon as he said it, my coworker said "Are you putting this on your blog?" I said "Yes." It's hard to pass up material this good.
